Choosing to be happy is the very best thing you can do to improve the quality of your life. Sometimes, it’s easy to be happy. Other times, we get sidetracked and stuck in the lower emotions. - You get to choose how life’s circumstances affect you.
- You have been kind, and done good things. There are many reasons why you should be proud of yourself.
- You have accomplished a lot in this lifetime.
- You are important. Your choices and actions affect everyone else, so without you the world would be a very different place!
